You can use the product almost permanently, and you would need it to completely remove the air bubbles and moisture.
SQUEEGEE RUBBER
Place the wet decal on the surface of interest and then
squeegee out the air bubbles and moisture underneath.
Start off with carefully pushing out the moisture from the centre,
and once the image is in place, push harder to remove the rest.
